Nicloe Kidman Awarded Woman Of The Year

Glamour magazine held the 2008 Woman of the Year awards at Carnegie Hall yesterday in New York City. Nicole Kidman looked stunning as she accepted her award for excellence in entertainment wearing a L'Wren Scott gown.

Other women accepting awards were Jane Goodall, Tyra Banks, Hillary Clinton, and Chanel CEO Maureen Chiquet. These amazing women will be featured in the December issue of Glamour Magazine.

Some other celebs that made it out that night were Kate Bosworth, America Ferrera, and Fergie.

Stars Help Raise Money For Charities On Idol Gives Back

Sunday night at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California, many popular celebs took the stage to raise money for their favorite charities on Idol Gives Back. American Idol viewers watched the show and were able to call in and donate to the charities of their choice.

Brad Pitt took the stage in his all black outfit to talk about the Make it Right Foundation, which assists the victims of hurricane Katrina.

Reese Witherspoon looked cute as usual in her little black dress to discuss the Children's Defense Fund which she is a board member of.

Fergie and John Legend performed her song "Finally".

Fergie the New Spokesperson for MAC

Fergie took some time out from her busy schedule to be the newest spokesperson for M.A.C. VIVA GLAM VI. The singer made a special remix of her song 'Glamorous' called 'VIVA Glamorous' which can be downloaded on the M.A.C website.

All the proceeds of the M.A.C. collection goes to the M.A.C. AIDS fund.
