Kate Shapland chats to pop icon turned beauty entrepreneur Lulu.

The impeccably groomed Lulu recently unveiled her own haircare line, Operation Glam, which follows her first foray into beauty with a successful skincare line. Her modus was to create products that transform hair which is showing its age - so put the bottle back into that which is flat, dull and thin.
