Anne Hathaway arrived to the event in a red Valentino ruffled gown.
Anne may have had eight wardrobe changes, but not all the dresses were hot off the catwalk. For her turn to co-host the 2011 Oscars, Anne's first on-stage look was this Givenchy haute couture autumn/winter 2009 strapless chiffon gown, embellished with crystals over the bodice.
In a role reversal skit with co-host James Franco, Anne donned a Lanvin black tuxedo with matching trousers and a Lanvin white tuxedo shirt. The Brian Atwood black pumps covered in Swarovski crystals gave the masculine look a glamorous touch.
Here, Anne wore a strapless corset gown with black satin tiered ruffles, accessorised with a dazzling Tiffany necklace.
This Oscar de la Renta autumn/winter 2010 one-shoulder gown with beaded tassle embroidery showed Anne embracing the 1920s trend, matched with her more modern wavy tousled locks.
This purple sapphire Giorgio Armani Privé spring/summer 2011 gown was Anne's pop of on-stage colour for the night.
Anne opted for an Atelier Versace strapless burgundy gown with a fitted, embroided bodice, which she recycled for the Governors Ball later in the night.
Anne's grande fashion finale was this slinky, long-sleeved, embellished black lace Tom Ford dress with a slick up-do.

Kate And Anne Attend Bride Wars Premiere
Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway looked like best friends at the premiere of their new flick Bride Wars. Kate dressed the part of the bride with her white strapless gown with black detailing, while Anne took on the role of the groom in a tailored black pant suit.

Grey's Anatomy star, Katherine Heigl choose to stand out in bright red with her custom made asymetrical Escada dress.
Everyone noticed Jennifer Garner in her black Oscar de la Renta strapless gown. Her figure flattering dress with ruffled bottom combined with her diamond necklace was a perfect choice.
Heidi Klum's Galliano dress matched the carpet, but she certainly did not blend in.

Anne Hathaway The New Face Of Lancome
Lancôme has just announced that Anne Hathaway will be the newest brand ambassador for the cosmetics company. The 25 year old 'Devil Wears Prada' actress will be the face of Lancome's newest women's fragrance which is yet to be named. The fragrance and the print ads will be available in September 2008.
"Anne Hathaway is a radiant young woman who perfectly embodies modern femininity," Lancôme International president Odile Roujol said in making the announcement. "We know she will portray all the passion and excitement of our new fragrance, to be launched throughout the world in September 2008."
