London Fashion Week: Battle of the Pixies for front row of fashion

The caste system at fashion shows may be cruel, but at least you know where you are. In the case of Pixie Lott, 21, a pop star with a rather good voice, it's the second row, which is not where any celebrity ever wants to find themselves, especially when they've been backcombing since the crack of dawn in preparation for the paparazzi.

Mulberry's PRs were equally adamant: there was no room for Pixie Lott on the front row, although with slightly strange logic, there was room for Pixie Geldof.
